RxGym in Didsbury, Manchester, is proud to have an established sister site just around the corner: CrossFit Didsbury. This gym offers varied, functional fitness training in both Group Class and Personal Training format, and shares some of the same, expert coaches that you’ll know from the classes at RxGym! The benefit for our two membership groups is that you can rest assured you’re in safe hands, being coached by a capable and qualified team with a wealth of experience.

Our Gym Schedule
RxGym offers a diverse schedule to fit your fitness needs and lifestyle. Our small group training sessions are designed to accommodate various schedules, ensuring you can find the perfect time to work out. Whether you prefer early morning or late evening sessions, we have options available throughout the week. Rx Strength
Progressive full-body strength training sessions for every level. Rx Strength provides clever programming, clear targets, and coaching that scales the load, tempo, and reps to you so you build strength week by week, not by chance.
Rx Conditioning
Rx Conditioning blends endurance kit, free weights, and bodyweight training into high-intensity, coach-led intervals—structured like a circuit so you’re always moving with purpose. Every station is scalable, so whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll get the right load, tempo, and work rest to match your level. Leave the session feeling stronger, fitter, and fired up for the week.
Rx Running Club
Run safe with likeminded people in a group. This is a members LED running session that starts and finishes at RxGym. The group runs around 5k or 10k with paces ranging from 8min/mile to 12min/mile. Please see the timetable for session times.
Rx Pilates
Physio lead Pilates class. Strength, fitness, balance, flexibility, Stress relief and weight loss can all improve with a regulator Rx Pilates class. Located at our sister site CrossFit Didsbury.
Rx Yoga
A fun and effective class with an up beat style and background music. Learn the fundamentals of Hatha yoga by working on connecting breath to movement, strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation techniques. For beginners and intermediates, but all levels welcome. Located at our sister site CrossFit Didsbury.
Virtual Live Spin
Live and on-demand indoor cycling spin classes by top trainers. Choose from hundreds of on-demand classes whenever you feel like going for a spin. Add duration, difficulty, free weights, and music styles. This private indoor Technogym Live bike offers you more choice than ever and you can burn well over 600 Calories a ride.
